TERMS & CONDITIONS – APARTMENTS RYNEK GŁÓWNY


§ 1. General Information

Apartments Rynek Główny is operated and managed by:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “Host”).


§ 2. Scope of Services Provided Electronically

  1. The Service Provider offers services via the Website in accordance with the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

  2. The services include in particular:
    a) access to the Website allowing users to browse apartment listings,
    b) presentation of apartment details, including equipment, location, availability, and pricing,
    c) the ability to make reservations,
    d) the conclusion of accommodation agreements remotely,
    e) online payment processing,
    f) sending booking confirmations and related communication,
    g) user account management (if available).

  3. The services are:
    a) one-time – in relation to reservations,
    b) continuous – in relation to Website use and user accounts.

  4. Electronic services are provided free of charge; accommodation services are paid.

  5. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


§ 3. Reservations

  1. A reservation is made upon payment or payment authorization, in accordance with the terms provided during the booking process.

  2. The agreement is concluded once the reservation is confirmed by the Service Provider.

  3. Reservations may be:
    a) non-refundable,
    b) flexible – if explicitly stated in the offer.

  4. The number of guests and the length of stay specified in the reservation are binding and may not be changed without prior approval of the Host.


§ 4. Payments

  1. All prices are gross prices and include VAT (8%), unless stated otherwise.

  2. Payments are processed via electronic payment systems available on the Website.

  3. Depending on the offer, the Service Provider may:
    a) require full prepayment,
    b) pre-authorize the payment card,
    c) collect a security deposit.

  4. Failure to complete the required payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.


§ 5. Check-in / Check-out

  1. Standard hours:
    – check-in from 15:00
    – check-out by 11:00

  2. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.

  3. Late check-out fees:
    a) up to 3 hours – 50% of the daily rate,
    b) over 3 hours – 100% of the daily rate.


§ 6. House Rules

  1. Parties and events are not allowed without prior consent of the Service Provider.

  2. Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00 and respect other residents.

  3. The following are prohibited:
    a) smoking in the apartment (penalty: PLN 1000),
    b) exceeding the number of registered guests,
    c) using the apartment for commercial purposes without consent.

  4. After 22:00, only registered guests may stay in the apartment.

  5. Pets are not allowed.

  6. For safety reasons, the use of devices not included in the apartment equipment is prohibited, except for chargers and standard electronic devices.


§ 7. Guest Responsibility

  1. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or building.

  2. Additional cleaning required due to improper use of the apartment will be charged at a minimum of PLN 350.

  3. Lost keys will be charged at PLN 150 per set.

  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to charge the Guest’s payment card or deduct costs from the deposit.

  5. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.


§ 8. Liability of the Service Provider

  1. The Host is not responsible for items left in the apartment.

  2. Found items may be returned at the Guest’s expense.

  3. The Host will make reasonable efforts to resolve reported issues.

  4. The property does not have a 24-hour reception. Assistance is available by phone between 09:00 and 21:00.


§ 9. Technical Requirements and Website Use

  1. To use the Website, the user must have:
    a) internet access,
    b) an up-to-date web browser,
    c) enabled cookies and JavaScript (if required).

  2. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content or interfere with the Website.

  3. The Service Provider may restrict access in case of violations.


§ 10. Electronic Service Agreements

  1. The agreement is concluded upon using the Website or making a reservation.

  2. The agreement is:
    a) indefinite – for user accounts,
    b) fixed-term – for one-time services (reservation).

  3. The user may stop using the Website at any time.

  4. The Service Provider may terminate the agreement immediately in case of violations.


§ 11. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period (in accordance with applicable consumer law).


§ 12. Complaints

  1. Guests have the right to submit complaints regarding the services.

  2. Complaints should be submitted by email to: reception@aptrg.pl or in writing to the Service Provider’s address.

  3. The complaint should include contact details, reservation number, and a description of the issue.

  4. Any issues related to the stay should be reported immediately, no later than during the stay.

  5. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues that were not reported during the stay and could have been resolved on-site.

  6. Complaints are processed within 14 days.

  7. If a complaint is accepted, the Service Provider may, at its discretion:
    – resolve the issue,
    – offer a change of apartment (subject to availability),
    – grant a partial refund or voucher.


§ 13. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.


§ 14. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.

  2. In matters not regulated herein, applicable laws shall apply.

  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.
